- Click on your subscription window
- Check for the subscription
- Tap the Cancel button

Steps to cancel auto-subscription and get the refund
Many times, the user forgets to stop the auto-renewal and the program gets renewed. If you are facing the same issue then check for the refund policy. Many programs offer a refund on auto-renewal. If the subscription of your program is under the refund policy then cancel it immediately to get the refund. - Tap on the homepage
- Click on the My Account window
- Provide the login details of the program
- Open the subscription page
- You will see all your licenses
- Check on the auto-renewed license
- Tap on the cancel button
- You will get the refund wizard on the screen
Tap on the refund option. The auto-renewed plan of the program will expire. Now you no longer can access its features. Users will also get the refund confirmation mail.
You can stop the auto-renewal from the Play Store
For the phone, you install the program or purchase a subscription from Play Store. In Android, users don’t have to search for the program’s setup on the web. He can directly search for it on the play store and install it. The user can also stop the auto-renewal from his Play Store.
- Open Play Store using the same account
- Choose the Profile icon
- Go to the Subscriptions option
- Check the subscription list
- Choose your program
- Scroll down to tap on the Cancel button
- On the Pause Subscription window; hit No Thanks
Select the Confirm button and the auto-renewal for the program will get disabled.
Users can renew his subscription manually
When your program does not support auto-renewal or it is disabled then the user can opt for the manual renewal process. Don’t create a new account every time for the program. You can open the old account and go to the subscription window. Users will get the expired status next to the license. You will also see the renew button; tap on the button and fix the details.
