That’s why more and more cities are popping up with rooftop bars and restaurants, giving people new places to enjoy the fresh air. From hidden gems to well-known spots, these beautiful rooftop bars stand out for their stunning views and creative cocktail menus. For the food loving and adventurous people of Houston, Texas here we are going to talk about one of the best rooftop bars which you should put on your bucket list when planning your next visit.

77 Degrees Rooftop bar

The best time to go out for drinks and food on a patio is when the weather is warm but not scorching hot. That’s the inspiration for Houston’s new roof-top cocktail bar 77 Degree. The perfect meal includes a drink and is usually accompanied by tasty bites served up with an awesome view.

This new spot on the fourth level of a stylish, modern building is serving up eight different craft cocktails inspired by their travels. Try one of their signature pineapple bowls or tacos and you’ll feel like you’re somewhere tropical. 77˚ is above Jack & Ginger’s Irish Pub at 2416 Brazos in Midtown.

The menu at 77 Degrees Houston consists of three categories: Snacks, Tacos and Pineapples. Their snacks are traditional appetisers like chips, guacamole and ceviche. Their tacos are amazing and each one is unique. The Red Snapper Taco is filled with Red Snapper tempura, citrus, Mexican tzatziki and pickled radish. Every ingredient in their tacos complements each other wonderfully. But I think pineapple is special. Poppers Pineapple is their delicious option that features a hollowed out pineapple filled with prosciutto wrapped pineapple chunks and jalapeno.

For those who love spice, the El Loco Pineapple is filled with pineapple, seasonal fruit, tahini, chamo, dipping hot Cheetos and assorted sweets. Finally, the Standard Pineapple is filled with pineapple, seasonal fruit and yoghourt sauce. The menu is all very reasonably priced, with all options between $7 and $1.
